Shipping policy

Thank you for ordering from Doze Wellness. We work hard to ensure your order is processed quickly and delivered safely. Please read the following details carefully to understand how our shipping process works.

  1. Order Processing Time
    any orders placed before 12pm will be processed the same day after payment is confirmed, any order placed after the cut off time will be processed the next day. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Times
    Shipping times are based at checkout on your choice, all parcels ordered before 3:30 will be shipped the same day and will be delivered depending on your choice at checkout. Any orders placed after 12pm will be processed the day after. 

    Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected delivery option. Standard delivery within Australia typically takes 3–4 business days after dispatch. Express options may be available at an additional cost.

  3. International Shipping
    We currently ship to selected international destinations. Delivery times vary depending on customs and courier operations in your region. Any import duties, taxes, or fees charged once the package reaches your country are the responsibility of the customer.

  4. Tracking Your Order
    Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to monitor your delivery.

  5. Delivery Delays
    While we aim to meet all estimated delivery times, delays may occasionally occur due to factors beyond our control, such as courier issues, customs delays, or extreme weather. We appreciate your patience and understanding in these cases.

  6. Shipping Address
    Please ensure your shipping details are accurate when placing your order. Doze Wellness is not responsible for delays or lost packages resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

  7. Lost or Damaged Parcels
    If your order is lost, damaged, or does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us at hello.dozewellness@gmail.com with your order number and tracking details. We’ll investigate the issue promptly with our shipping carrier.

  8. Order Changes or Cancellations
    Once an order has been placed, we cannot guarantee that changes or cancellations can be made before dispatch. If you need to make urgent adjustments, contact us immediately at hello.dozewellness@gmail.com, and we’ll do our best to assist.

  9. Pre-Orders and Backorders
    If you purchase an item listed as a pre-order or backorder, estimated dispatch times will be displayed on the product page. Orders containing both in-stock and pre-order items will be shipped together once all items are available, unless otherwise arranged.
