Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for unopened and unused products only. Items must be sealed, in their original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them. Proof of purchase, such as your order confirmation, is required.

Health & Safety: Due to hygiene regulations, opened or used consumable products such as matcha, powders, or supplements cannot be returned.

How to Request a Return: Email us at hello.dozewellness@gmail.com with your order number, product name, and reason for return. Wait for our confirmation before sending any items back.

Processing Time: We’ll reply to your return request within 2–3 business days with instructions. Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll be notified by email.

Refunds: Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.

Exchanges: We only replace products that are defective, damaged, or incorrect. Email us within 7 days of receiving your order and include clear photos of the issue.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders: If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us immediately with photos and your order number. We’ll send a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Non-Returnable Items: Opened consumable products, gift cards, and sale or clearance items cannot be returned or refunded.

Consumer Guarantees: Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
