Not for you? First-time customers can request a refund on one opened pouch within 30 days of delivery. Unopened pouches can be returned within 30 days for a pro-rata refund; customer covers return postage.

Unopened pouches

Return within 30 days of delivery for a pro-rata refund of the order total. Item must be unopened and in its original packaging. Approved returns must be postmarked within 14 days of refund approval.

Opened pouches

If you have tried it and it is genuinely not working for you, contact us within 30 days of delivery. This is available once per customer, on a first order.

Return postage

For preference-based returns the customer is responsible for return postage. If a return is due to our error or a defective item, we cover return shipping.

How to claim

2. We will confirm eligibility and next steps within 1 business day
3. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days

This guarantee is in addition to, and does not limit, your rights under Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
